Representation: Before we take on a case, we conduct a thorough client interview and make sure we understand exactly what it is our clients are hoping to achieve. Once we do take on a case, expect us to be aggressive and diligent in our efforts. The needs of our clients come first. We keep YOUR desired goals and outcomes in mind. And, in addition to providing clients with regular status reports and updates, Jones Law also makes every effort to help our clients understand the legal terms and principles involved in their particular situation.

Mediation: Not every client necessarily wants to see his or her case go to trial, and we realize that sometimes it is in a client's best interests to mediate or settle a claim rather than go through the often lengthy and protracted litigation process. In this situation, we put our skills to work advocating your position in order to obtain the most fair and satisfactory resolution possible.
In mediation and trial, we frequently use employ technology such as PowerPoint, recreation videos, and scaled exhibits to assist in more accurately presenting our clients' cases. Our goal is to make sure that your case is handled in a way that illustrates every facet of its importance.
Litigation: In the event litigation becomes necessary, Jones Law is able and willing to litigate on your behalf. We have a considerable amount of experience appearing before trial courts throughout Georgia, and are able to expertly handle each stage of the litigation process, including:
